EXECUTIVE BOARD
The Executive Board of the 2023/2024 Frank J. Dugan PTO is made up of our President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Executive Board oversees the PTO in its entirety and manages the day to day operations. Our President and Vice President oversee the Yearbook, Class Parent Program, Teacher Appreciation, Booster-thon, volunteer lists, catering, Field Day, Fifth Grade Committee and more. Our Secretary is responsible for meeting minutes, agendas, communications and Board of Education liaison reports. Our Treasurer oversees the budget and financials for each project.
This year our Executive Board hopes to increase our teams' fundraising efforts and give back initiatives. They hope to support the children and staff at Dugan however they can as the school year progresses, which includes providing valuable upgrades to the Dugan playground. They look forward to bringing fresh new ideas to Dugan and to growing the membership of the PTO to include as many new families as possible!
EVENT DIRECTORS
Our Event Directors make every event at Dugan special for the staff and students. Our Event Directors will oversee all of our fun nights, talent show, movie night, carnival, Valentine's day dance and more! They cannot wait to bring their visions to life for all of our favorite events. They hope to continue to help make memories for all of the students of Dugan Elementary School.
FUNDRAISING DIRECTORS
Our Fundraising Directors work hard to raise money for the PTO by organizing and overseeing all donations and money raising events. Their efforts are paramount to the overall success of our organization. This year our Fundraising Directors will oversee bookfairs, apparel sales, holiday boutique, snack sales, school store, and more! Our Fundraising team has already begun working diligently on bringing new apparel designs and fresh fundraising ideas to the Dugan PTO! They are looking forward to seeing the excitement of the Dugan students at the first school store of the new year! They also cannot wait to see all the Dragons sporting their new Dugan apparel!
STUDENT ENRICHMENT DIRECTORS
Our Student Enrichment Directors bring the fun to the Dugan PTO in school endeavors. This year they will oversee our assemblies, Science Fair, Dugan makes a Difference program, School Toolboxes, Community Outreach, Bulletin Boards, the Library Helper program, Share your Flair, Stock Duggie's Closet, school beautification and more! Our Student Enrichment team works hard to make the hallways beautiful and the in-school events fun for the students of Dugan. This year our team cannot wait to add some new in-school events to the calendar! They are also looking forward to helping make the Dugan library an even better place for our Dragons to enjoy! They have a lot of great themes and ideas ready for the bulletin boards and school décor, and are also looking forward to putting Dragon's "claw print" on our community by engaging the families at Dugan in some local community outreach.
